It’s a hipster place. There was a white guy cooking the meat. I ate my Al pastor Taco so there is no picture. The brisket taco is big and tasty. Both the red and green sauces are spicy. Service is great. They are not authentic Mexican eats but still good. I’ll will be back. It was definitely a unique experience.Get some fish tacos though. I love them.

The burnt ends taco is possibly the best thing i have ever eaten the King George was no slouch too. Don’t miss it if you’re in town!

They’re smoking meats out back which results in the tastiest and most moist taco meats you’ll encounter in Austin. Reasonably priced tacos and cheap beers. This is my new favorite taco stop! Fast and friendly service.

It’s an old taco stand with a patio built around it on one side. It’s an old building and appeared to be poorly maintained.

Visiting for work and so glad I found this spot. Chips and queso were fantastic. Got the three taco plate with Diablo shrimp, burnt ends, and Al pastor. All were well above average and prices are all reasonable to beyond reasonable in the current market. Had a severely underwhelming and expensive lunch experience elsewhere (downtown) today and this redeemed the day. Great vibe as well. Will definitely come back when I’m back in Austin.

Always a great experience at Tyson’s Tacos! Come here if you enjoy quirky, eclectic spots and a variety of tacos to choose from. It’s outdoor seating only, but there’s a covered patio!

Open 24 hours and absolutely delicious tacos. Our favorite taco spot north of downtown for sure. Fried avocado and house smoked meats make it a step above other taco spots. Tacos are always fresh and delicious. Order ahead and online to skip the line.

Went for the brisket taco and their smoker guy is apparently not there anymore. The brisket was broiled or something. Idk. Definitely not smoked and not good! No seasoning and pale color. This used to be my favorite taco spot, hopefully they get a new person in soon
