I was excited to check out the new U-Grill location in the Chuck e cheese parking lot. Honestly I enjoyed lunch there with my husband. I was unsure if the lunch menu offered enough of what we both like but the quality of what we ordered more than made up for it. Tender premium beef brisket and premium beef belly . My fave pork belly was the curry one. Tried a couple of the soups. The tofu soup had silky tofu and chunks of what I believe was beef. Small portion but just enough to get soup craving handled and still leave room for plenty of meats. The service was great but it was early in the day so we will have to check back during dinner. Total bill for 2 during lunch was $57 before tip. Definitely hope this place stays around.

This is our first time here at this new U-Grill location. Wait time for lunch was about 30 minutes. Plenty of tables but they are still short on staff and is still looking to hire more personnel. The quality of the meat is above average but better quality than the old location. What makes the difference between here and the old location is the service. We were lucky enough to be seated at one of Kenzie’s tables. Even though she was servicing a lot of tables because they were understaffed, she had everything under control, composed, and always have a smile on her face. Never once made us feel rushed or ignored. So we did not mind waiting longer for our orders to arrive. I give Kenzie 10 STARS for service.

The staffing team is very kind and friendly. The meats are in accordance with the price. A lot of smoke… we have to change our clothes as soon as we left… they can improve the atmosphere and comfort to the customers.

First time here and omg I will be back. The brisket and the cheese corn was amazing! Oh and the sauce to dip! Very pricey restaurant but perfect for a special occasion! We had 13 people and out bill was 600.00!

Ive come here multiple times and we bring and refer friends to this restaurant. Ive never had this level of customer service. They brought out half our first order and disappeared for 15mins. We asked several other workers if they could simply bring napkins, rice paper, refills. We were told 3 times they would get our server. Then we went to complain in the front and we had all workers bringing food to our tables just dropping things at our table. We had about 10 workers behind in the kitchen just watching us call for our server and only one girl took initiative to retake our order after she saw my husband go find our server. I will not be coming to this location anymore. I will no longer be recommending this place to family or friends. Not only was the service horrible there was no AC at all.

It gets super hot after a while so just be prepared! Also if you don’t like the bbq stench you get after grilling I wouldn’t bring extra clothes (jackets, coats, etc). Food was great!

Utterly disappointed. Found this Korean bbq place via searching through the web. The service was Excellent! Attentive and checked on us consistently. However, the food no flavor, only good taste was the regular bulgogi. Other than that the rest of the meats lacked taste…. and well sorry to say won’t be coming back..

Loved the experience, service was great. Korean BBQ is a unique opportunity to cook and eat with friends and family. They have a very good selection of meat and their sides are delicious as well. The hostess was attentive to our needs and regularly swapped out our grill.
