Ordered supreme nachos, salad supreme and the salad is so salty, supreme nachos is cold and the mozzarella doesn’t really go well with the nachos, it turned solid.

Waited for 42 minutes for our pepperoni pizza to be made. We ended up having to leave because we had a scheduled function we had to be at and when I told the server we had to go, he quickly went back to the kitchen and was asking them for a pepperoni pizza to go. I asked him if he wanted me to pay for a pizza that I no longer could eat? His reply was “sorry man”. So I had to pay $18 for a large pepperoni pizza that took them over 45 minutes to produce and I could not eat because I had a function to attend as soon as we left the restaurant. We will not be patronizing US Pizza Co in Cabot again. Which is very unfortunate because my wife and I have been going there since college.

Love the food! The Supreme salad is the best and usually have to take some home because the serving is so large. Their pizzas are pretty good as well! When the weather is nice, the outdoor dining is nice.

My wife ordered a 13” pizza with pepperoni, sausage and xtra cheese. After the three additional ingredients the 13” pizza now has a cost of roughly $16.00. The people boxing the product had to see the condition of the pizza but since it was a to go order and a female they figured nothing would be said or done about it. They were almost right. When I arrived home my darling wife informed me she stopped by U.S. and got a pizza and two salads. I told her what a wonderful wife she was for ordering and picking up dinner. I washed my hands and grabbed a paper plate from the cabinet and opened the box that held my food source for the evening . When I saw what was in the box I immediately slammed it shut thinking something had crawled into the box to get warm and died after overheating. I wasn’t sure what I was looking at but I had to get a better look. I once again opened the box, with a tad bit of apprehension this time. I sorta snuck up on it. As I peeped in on the contents I was certain that this couldn’t be of any use as a food source for even the hungriest of animal. I told my dear wife that I will take some pictures of the offering and place them on their website prior to getting an explanation from the management simply because of the blatant disrespect and disregard for the customer. You will make this right I’m sure but after this honest and thoroughly descriptive encounter I think a refund will be the best thing.
