We’re staying near the restaurant for a job this weekend and we didn’t have any expectations after a long drive. Even if we had expectations, this exceeded them. Christawniha (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was so hospitable. My friend and I enjoyed our short time here and highly recommend!

Beautiful place – with amazing art, and chill cool vibe. Live music, and scary chucky dolls.

Fun place, nice people. A friendly dog greets you at the door. Good beer and mixed drinks, tacos are yummy. I will go there again

Owners couldn’t be more friendly and helpful when it comes to helping you pick something to eat and the service is always amazing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The owner was very rude to her customers and I don’t know a person that would want to eat somewhere that has that kind of service. She deliberately insulted the customer and kept making a scene! Her attitude became very snotty in a short amount of time. It’s really unfortunate that the owner has to be so rude, it’s a super cute place! However, I advise you to choose to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Pretty good atmosphere. It was nice to be able to talk over a meal without yelling.

A trendy and welcoming atmosphere with personable service. A great place to go to be social and unwind. The ladies there are fantastic mixologists and the food is incredibly delicious. I can see how this bistro is the go to place for locals and out-of-towners alike.

The Bistro is a small, comfortable space with eclectic, whismical decor; great food and selection of local top shelf liquors and beer. Friendliest staff in town! No one can beat Sasha Donkey! ❤️❤️

Wonderful local restaurant. We were in Ephrata for a bicycle event and the Bistro was recommended through the event website. The jalapeño poppers were not fried and delicious. We could have eaten several orders. Special for the night was “Irish Tacos”. Just the name makes you want to try them. Big chunks of tasty corn beef wrapped in a warm tortilla with guacamole. We sat at the bar. As an outsider to the community it was very welcoming with great conversation. The local beers on tap were very welcomed. Definitely a worthy stop.

Advertising as a “bistro” as well as a bar and grill is misleading. My under 21 sister and I had to go somewhere else, which isn’t a problem. I just wish the advertising was better.
