First time ordering pizza from Ultimate. They are hands down my new go-to for family pizza night! I was highly impressed with the quality of food as well as the customer service. If you want the best Chicago style around this is it. Pizzapapalis has NOTHING on this place. Order the Chicago style an hour in advance, it’s the real deal. Do yourself a favor and get the buffalo chicken pizza!

My son went inside to place an order and pick up food. We wanted 3 combo meals with 3 pieces dark meat chicken, with mac and cheese side and biscuit. The first thing my son was asked was why did he need 3 meals. What? He can’t order 3 meals? Then they told him from now on he needs to call first, don’t just show up. I tried calling before he went there. The phone wasn’t answered.

So I placed an online order. An 8 piece chicken, potato wedges and 2 pieces of carrot cake. When I picked up my order the gentleman told me they don’t have any desert. I asked why and he said just go over to the hostess rack and pick something out. I said just refund me he said I can’t. So he wanted me to take 2 hostess items for the $8 in carrot cake. When I got home the potato wedges were old and cold however the chicken was really good. Not sure why they advertise desert when they don’t carry it

This place used to be the best. Now that they are teamed with Saroki’s pizza, the prices have gone up and the quality down. The Mac&Cheese is chunky and gross no longer smooth runny cheese. The wedges are smaller burnt with less seasoning. The Tenders are dry and taste fishy. The only good thing was the Vernors… Tanks for selling out guys… I will not be ordering from here again.
