For sure the worst pizza I’ve had from a food truck, down there with some of the worst pizza ever. This truck came down to Draper for food truck night and I saw they had a very nice wood fired oven so of course I’d give them a try. I saw they did square pizzas which is odd but square slices are getting more popular these days so I figured I’d give it a try.

Not bad overall toppings are legit but the crust leaves something to be desired. Maybe just a preference but generally I assume that a wood fire over would get me a nice thinner NY style crust. This is on the medium thick side and kind of soft.

My husband and I LOVE Umani’s pizza. They have the best pizza food truck in Utah! We love their food so much that we actually had them cater our wedding. If you see them out and about be sure to grab a pizza or book them for your next party!

It’s the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. There is just the right amount of sauce and the pizza dough is indescribable. I wish I could give it 5,000,000 stars. a billion / ten I could probably eat here the rest of my life. I had the cheese pizza and it’s amazing. (I don’t know why people say it tastes like frozen pizza but they’re probably just jealous they can’t make that good of a pizza)

This pizza is unreal! Everybody NEEDS to try it! I am a pizza connoisseur and I was just blown away by this. I had the vegetariana without olives. The crust and cheese were the perfect texture and so flavorful. Everything on the pizza tasted authentic and fresh! This is probably my favorite pizza in Salt Lake.

I’m sorry umani. I really wanted to like you. I really did. Honestly it was bad. Like really bad. Imagine your middle school pizza that you were forced to eat. Ya it was that bad. The pizza crust had a weird after taste. Save your money and go somewhere else.
