Great place for dinner. We each got the teriyaki shrimp, and beef bowls, also the salmon roll. The beef in the bowl was tender and delicious. Shrimp was plentiful, and the salmon roll hit the spot. Came away with full and satisfied bellies, would definitely eat here again!

Ordered the ribs with miso soup and a spicy salmon hand roll on the side. I was headed to the movies and had 35 minutes to kill. Good thing I did as it is not very fast. Not horrible slow but if you only have 10 minutes this is not the place to be.

We had a delicious experience at Umi Japanese Grill. The owner was welcoming. We order lots of rolls, sushimi and a rice bowl. Everything was affordable and delicious. Make sure you go early because when they run out of rice, they close. They will not make any more. They make the rice fresh every morning.

I stumbled upon this little eatery while out walking. Just had an early lunch. I had the chicken yakisoba. This the best yakisoba I have had since living in Japan about 30 years ago! Perfectly seasoned, and the chicken was grilled to perfection and tender with a nice amount of teriyaki sauce over it. I wish I lived here, it would be my favorite spot. A great menu with lots of variety, they also have some teriyaki dishes and a lot of sushi dishes as well. The staff is very friendly and not more than 5 or 6 minute wait for the food. Everything is cooked to order.
