Fish was fresh and delicious but the most incredible part was the amount of fish! The nigiri pieces had the largest portions of fish I’ve ever encountered and the maki rolls were packed with fish. Hands down one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had.

The sushi here was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. I would’ve rated 5 stars if the service was better. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was super friendly, but could’ve been more attentive. The server never offered me a refill and didn’t even return to the table until he brought the check. We wouldn’t loved more sauce for our sushi and we wanted to order dessert but since the check was already brought to us we said forget it.

Very good dinner! Our first time here and was highly recommend by family and friends. I forget the name of the noodle dish I had but it was enough for 2 people. It’s garlic sauce, onion, mushroom and shrimp. My husband had The Hulk rolls and Kiss of Fire and loved them. We will definitely be back!!!!

My whole family has very different tastes and yet EVERYONE loved their meal! The maki rolls were the best I’ve had in years (and sushi is my favorite food so I’m very picky) and my family couldn’t rave enough about the bento boxes. Also, the portions are fantastic for the price! 10/10, will be coming back!!!

An update… I was in town visiting the area and stopped here to eat. I was not disappointed. The food is still amazing. I’d suggest the No Name Roll and the Mango Sunrise Roll. Both are very delicious. The staff were courteous and our server was attentive.

Any time my wife and I want to go to a great “sit down” sushi restaurant (as opposed to getting carry-out, etc), we will drive extra 15 mins to come to Umi Sake. They have a ton of delicious special rolls (weekly rotations as well) and a full bar with lots of cocktails, wine and beer as well!

Normally, I love this place, but the last 2 times were disappointing. The regular sushi is good, but the toro and salmon roe were well beyond their prime. There was no soap in the mens room either . Going to give it a break.

I’ve dined in and gotten carry-out from Umi Sake in the past with no issue or complaint about the food. However, I wanted to share a negative experience I had this past weekend getting carry-out. I walked in and waited in front of the sign that said “take-out” and the little man in the suit, likely the front of house manager, did not even acknowledge my existence for the several minutes I patiently stood there. Only after standing there for some time and not even receiving a “hello, I’ll be with you in a minute” from this little man, did a much more friendly woman come over and help me. The sushi wasn’t bad but it tasted like it had been made on a busy night. That coupled with the lame customer service and this place has lost my business.
