The Cupid roll, golden roll, and dancing mermaid roll were amazing! So is the white tuna from the sashimi sampler. The cherry blossom was very pretty but not as flavorful as the others, although it wasn’t as saucy and this was our first time trying snapper. Overall, really good. We definitely plan on going in person and having drinks some time.

Ordered lunch for office. Mistake. We didn’t receive half of our order, and the chicken teriyaki was so tough that you had to “bite and pull.” So disappointed. We were so excited for sushi!!! And that’s what was missing. Lesson learned.

Good lunch prices & staff was nice. The pad Thai was not what we were expecting. (We lived in Phuket for 4 months, eating Thai daily.) Most pad Thai is savory, here it was way too sweet! We couldn’t place the flavors & didn’t real enjoy the dish. Sushi was good, salmon roll was my favorite. Miso soup was tasty too.

Umi sushi is a must go to for local sushi in Arlington! I always go here for fresh sushi and the workers here know a lot about the menu! Remember to support local and keep them in business because their sweet shrimp (ama ebi) and salmon roe are the best in the area. If only they could put sea urchin (uni) on the menu!??!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place was INCREDIBLE! Every single thing that touched my lips I absolutely loved!! You’ve got to try the Avocado Bomb (appetizer)! The only problem was that we didn’t have conversation around the table because everyone was oooh-big and ahhh-big about how incredible each bite was!!
