Worked here before and the store was amazing, Pizza heater was always stocked with something and always had the items I was looking for, best Casey’s in Worthington in my opinion, oh and Maria the store manager & friendly staff always treated everyone fairly and was always good with the customers.

I ordered pizza online at 5:33 pm. Called an hour later and they had not began making it! So now it will be another 45 minutes. I asked if they could reciprocate for bad service and they said “no” because I paid online. What?!? I asked the employee for managers name and she did not know it. I told her to find out. She finally told me the name and informed me she wouldn’t be in until Monday. I will be calling. WARNING…Do not order from this unprofessional place! 18.00, 2 hours for 1 large pizza! Ridiculous!

Walking into this Casey’s in Worthington MN I was greeted by staff yelling and swearing at a customer as a “joke”. And had 6 working and all talking with each other joking about smoking weed.. and I still had to wait to get checked out. The facility is really nice but the 3 times I been here the staff is always extremely unprofessional and rude.

I was on my way home when I remembered that I was out of milk. So I stopped into Casey’s. I was in a bit of a hurry so I didn’t think twice about checking the expiration date. (Which I normally do.) While I was in the store I noticed about 4-5 employees just standing around no doing anything. When I got home I realized that the milk was expired. Mind you todays date is Wed. Sept, 17th 2014 the gallon of milk was dated (Sept 15th) so I call the store to let them know what had occurred. The manager by the name of “Stacy” was not very helpful. She told me I could go back to the store and exchange it or get my money back. It was my fault for not checking the date but I feel that ultimately it was the stores fault for not being on top of their game. I suggested for one of the pizza delivery guys to deliver me a gallon of non expired milk due to the fact that I live on the other side of town and I was not going to go out again. The manger refused my request which I don’t think I was asking for too much. If I was in her position I would have granted the costumers request because it would be the right thing to do since they were at greater fault. I will go back tomorrow and return the milk to get my money back but I will not return to this casey’s location again due to poor customer service. Let me add, the store is not very big, and with the amount of employees you have “working on the clock” there is no excuse for expired products on the shelves. You guys should really start working on that.

I have no idea what the cashier’s name was, but being addressed in endearing terms I might expect to hear from my wife one moment and then insulted when I apologized for not knowing the number to the pump my car was parked at is outright intolerable. I’ll not stop here again!!!
