Stopped in tonight, for the first time, and this place is definitely a work in progress. For now…I got what I came for…a Rueben sandwich. Buttered, griddled bread and one of the best corned beef on Cleveland’s West side. Uncle Abe’s makes their corned beef on site and it’s tender enough to melt in your mouth. Shaved perfectly thin. Will be returning soon!

My husband and I have visited Uncle Abes quite a few times since their soft opening. The chicken is NOT fried it is pressure cooked and it is absolutely amazing. Perfect crunch and definitely juicy. We also tried the corned beef, chicken Philly, and steak Philly. I cannot say one bad thing about anything we have tried. There seems to be a high turnover so nothing is sitting around for any amount of time. The owner said that menus should be available within the next couple of weeks. We cannot wait to see what this local business will have to offer. The owner is also hoping to have the grand opening within the next few weeks as well. I seen someone say the chicken was soggy. I honestly don’t believe that. There are always people waiting in line and we have had to wait until the chicken was being pressure cook and it definitely wasn’t soggy!

Very good chicken. The Cole slaw and JoJo’s were phenomenal. The service was a little slow but they had just opened so I’m sure after they work out the quarks it’ll be more efficient. But I would definitely go back

It’s our new chicken place for sure. Still eating, my diner, but had to right a review. They are in a soft open right now. Can’t wait to see what else they will have to offer. Best of Luck to Uncle Abe and the rest of the crew.

Chickens is awesome not so greasy at all. Their sandwich is also great. Had their corned beef and it just perfect. This place is my go to for lunch and dinner wise.
