Omg, I lack the vocabulary to describe how delightful my meal is. The fried catfish is plump and sooo juicy no need for sauce. The greens hint the lemon at first then saturates with a unique savory flavor. Never had greens this good. I didn’t know greens could be this good lol. The sauce is made from scratch. It’s a sauce proper that supplements the food so well I fail to determine were the sauce taste ends and juicy meat begins. This dude is a culinary genius. And a veteran. I got you brother, we’ll be eating at your place from now on.

You know a place is on point when you hear it at the Barber Shop. (SKILLZ UNLIMITED) Great barbershop btw but I made the drive from Rogers to the Uncle Chubbs. Was greeted by Chubbs talked football and got the meal chicken dinner w mac n cheese and beans. Food was on point. Will be a returning customer.
