His success in turning failing restaurants around, training staff, increasing margins and reducing customer complaints has made him a sought after manager in the industry. Some friends and I visited Uncle Curt Curt’s for lunch today during Chattanooga Burger Week and it was awesome! Curt Curt greeted us in the parking lot, took our order, and promptly got to work. Highly recommend the fries. Never had any like them and they were amazing. I want to see Uncle Curt Curt try fried pickles. Our food came boxed for takeaway but we enjoyed the meals in the tailgate of the car in the parking lot. Can’t wait to go back and try the wings which were sold out due to high demand! Uncle Curt Curt’s is truly a “hidden gem” on Brainerd Rd.

Hands down the best burger I’ve had in Chattanooga. Unbelievably juicy and tender with a great smoky flavor. Just like everyone says, the fries are out of this world. My wife got the Salmon plate and told me it was the best piece of fish she’s ever eaten. Great local spot right on Brainerd, and I can’t wait to go back

I just finished my burger and fries from Uncle Curt Curt’s and WOW… The smoked flavor on that burger brought a tear to my eye. The fries are out of this world. I don’t want to eat a normal fry again. The texture and seasoning on this batter works so well with the thin slice of potato. My buddy let me try one of his smoked wings and it’s by far the best smoked wing I’ve ever had. Incredible stuff all around!

I had some of the best wings and fries I’ve ever tasted today from Uncle Curt Curt’s! The batter-dipped goodness of the fries was crispy and flavorful. The wings, smoky and crisp, yet juicy. I’ll definitely be back.

Curt catered my wedding and the food was fantastic! We chose three types of sliders and a vegan lettuce wrap. We also asked for a vegan potato salad. The food was so good! I had meat eaters going for seconds and thirds on the vegan options. Curt is professional, willing to work with you on dietary needs and produces delicious food. Every time! Get his food!! It’s so tasty!

Decided to give Curt’s burgers a try last night and was definitely not disappointed. Burger was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly and came with these amazing battered potatoes and all the fixins.
