Frank had been in the mini mart business and had a successful food operation in his stores. In 1998 the City of Manteca was looking for someone to take over the foodservice at the Golf Course. And Uncle Frank’s Grill was born. Now 24 years in, his son John runs the operation.

Leaving a 4 for now because ive only ordered from doordash i get the chicken wrap and its sooo good garlic fries are as well. I want to go sit and eat soon . love this place . *Updated , patio was calm clean and shaded with options to be in the sun as well. Enjoyed my visit, staff was helpful and kind. for sure coming back

Cool small spot. Didn’t think it was at a golf course. Should be in the name somehow. The Brooke’s party fries (pictured) were definitely a hit! Should be on the menu 24/7 not just as a special. Our Hamburgers were delicious however if they had a thicker burger it would have been BOMB!! We’ll be back in

Definitely one of the best hole-in-the-wall semi unknown places to eat! A lot of people think you need to be golfing to eat there, but it’s definitely open to the public! Had a triple Patty bacon cheeseburger that was CRAZYYYYY good! Also their fries are battered perfectly!

Pure deliciousness here, taste like homemade burgers! Definitely found my new favorite burger place in manteca. Fries are amazing too, Paige was very nice, friendly. The owner i believe came up to us and asked us how it was and recommended something for next time. Will be coming again! Thank you guys for the best burger in town. Hands down.

Went to Uncle Frank’s today and the place did not disappoint. They had a pretty wide selection to choose from: Hamburgers (that looked good), Hot Dogs, Chicken Strips, Salads and a pretty wide variety of Sandwiches to choose from.

Had burgers here before and they were amazing and today I was so disappointed. Not sure what happened. The bread was way to big and cold. I got home and reheated the bread with some butter and was alittle better. Fries were good though. Even Mc Donald’s has better burgers

Don’t let the fact that they’re on the golf course fool you. Uncle Frank’s is causal and delicious. Fries that are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, delicious juicy hamburgers, and we’ll proceed as well. A great casual spot for some delicious food. Great selection of drinks, and even some candy.

Had never heard about this place, found it Google maps, read the reviews and decided to give it a try, the restaurant is on your right hand side as soon as you walk in the club house. Hands down my top one of my top 3 favorite burger joints in Manteca, the barque burger was my favorite. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to try burgers. The staff is very nice, and everything was clean. Thank you guys!
