I was thoroughly impressed with the food and portion sizes at this restaurant. Having dined here a couple of times, I couldn’t resist ordering their noodle again. In particular, their Indo noodle stood out to me – the texture was delightfully chewy and perfectly consistent. The portions were also incredibly generous, as my family and I were pleasantly surprised to find out after ordering multiple dishes.

Respectful for their hard works but huge room for improvement especially Laksa is far from average. Don’t be mad if owner do read this review. This is frank comments (as always) and the rice for the Nasi Lemak Satay is poorly cooked, dried and sticked together without taste. Chicken Satay perhaps is the one above average. Ya, agree with other reviews, it is time to use normal cutlery for dining-in. Thank you.

Came in to eat at an off time and everything was good…a nice little hole in the wall…very respectful server. I would definitely go again.

Fairly good indonesian fix. Not as good as in Indonesia, but good enough for American palate. Service could improve, but they’re not rude. Need to return back to using real cutlery

Delicious, authentic Indonesian cuisine. With reasonable prices, the portions were substantial. The restaurant was also clean. Would love to return to try other options too.

Wow! My first time trying this cuisine, and everything was superb! So much flavor in every dish we ordered. The noodles were so tender. I recommend very highly!

Just stopped by for lunch. The Borneo rice plate is just enough for a lunch meal. The food came out fairly timely.

First of all, I am not the best judge of Indonesian food. I have had Nasi Lemak and other similar dishes in Malaysia and probably that’s about it. Also at Canada. And here at Ma’s Islamic.
