Place definitely has that old school bar steak house vibes. Went there for my son’s graduation, the waiter was a professional cool dude. Got two steaks, the salmon, a few sides and two desserts. If you’re looking for some real steak 15 minutes away from flushing main street, this is the place to go.

My friend got the sirloin steak, and it was perfectly medium inside as she asked, however the outside was burnt to the core and you could taste how bitter it was. We asked the server about it and he said they char all of their steaks like that or else it’s dry (however I think this is based on personal preference of each individual). Other than that, my steak sandwich was really good – the parmesan truffle fries could have more truffle taste to it. Best part was our server who overheard me telling my friend to let me get the bill as her birthday is coming up, he surprised us with complimentary chocolate lava cake with candles and waiters sang her happy birthday. Overall, nice experience but quite pricy.

We came here for dinner and they did not disappoint! We started off with some drinks: an old fashioned, and glass of rosé. Then we got the crab cakes and baby lamb chops which were both so delicious and fulfilling! We then got the special of the 100 day old rack which was so juicy and savory. We got the herb & garlic butter with the top chef sauce for the steak and it was so delicious! For the sides we got some garlic mashed potatoes and their Mac and cheese which were both complimenting to the steak. The place was filled with people but we felt like we had ample space and it was very cute inside.

I rarely write a review, so, I’ll kept this brief. I was really disappointed with the whole experience at the Bayside location. Wine selection is average, side dishes were ok. But, the biggest issue was the steak. Ordered the $92 Tomahawk Steak, which seemed a little small, but most of all it came out barely warm(I ordered it Med.)! The manager and bartender were nice and offered to buy a round of wine.
