Good wings and good pizza. Cool vibe. Heard alot of good about Uncle Joe’s . Finally got to go and it did not disappoint. There’s were lots of other items on the menu I wanted to try so I’ll be back.

Uncle Joe’s in BSL was great! We had Nicole as our server and she was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and gave us a great drink recommendation. The food was one of the best meals of our trip. The chicken parm and cheeseburger pizza were both delicious!

Great industrial, modern atmosphere. Ended up here by accident but wasn’t disappointed by the food. We had pizza and wings that were fresh, flavorful and delicious. The server was kind and attentive. The Bloody Mary was strong…in a good way!

The only thing this place lacks is staff…First time here and the pizza is pretty good. Had the bacon cheeseburger (which closely rivals the one by Papa Murphys – but with better crust). Also had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and sweet chili chicken bites with fries. Everything was good. But the service is extremely slow. Seems like they are under staffed in the kitchen and in the front of house. Beer selection is limited but adequate. Nice atmosphere. Will come back because we live in the neighborhood and the food is decent. Different for BSL (this is a good thing). File next to: need more servers for a Saturday.

Picked up a ‘Gourmet White’ pizza to go. Toppings were pretty good, but the crust was pretty bad. Was hoping they shaped and stretched fresh dough in-house; no joy. It was typical frozen or ready to bake disks.

While I have never been to the original Uncle Joe’s, I can definitely say that the Bay St. Louis location represents what they are all about; great pizza and wings. The pizza is excellent, and I can attribute much of the flavor to the pizza dough/crust which has been consistently well prepared every visit. The same can be said about the wings; there is a veritable plethora of great sauces offered, but It always find myself ordering traditional “Frank’s” sauce. The wings come out cooked properly, not overly dry, and well bathed in sauce. I used to prepare “hot wings” thirty years ago when the “Buffalo wing” craze hit Colorado, and these take me back to that time. Too bad the celery and blue cheese are add-ons, but no complaints about the wings. The only take away was one star for noise; I’m already hard of hearing, and as Joe’s gets busy closer to the dinner hour, it makes for difficult conversation, but with everything else going for this place, it’s tolerable. Get there earlier in the afternoon for a more relaxing atmosphere. Will be back as the go-to for wings and pizza!
