Received an email that our curbside pickup was ready for pickup at 7:44pm. Called at 7:45pm to let them know I was here. They said they would be out in five minutes. Ten minutes went by so I had to go inside in my pajamas to get the pizza. When I went in, they said the pizza was not ready yet and was still in the oven. The pizza itself was kind of cold, even though it had just come out of the oven, and we paid extra for extra chicken and did not get extra chicken, we also paid extra for two sides of Alfredo sauce and only got two cups that were half full. The store itself was not clean, half the sodas were out of order and there was trash piled all over the counter.

Literally the only reason I am writing this review is to say Kaitlyn is the best and is the only employee holding the entire store down singlehandedly. A large party walked in after and held up the entire line and she received 0 help from the other 4 employees working even during their busiest hours. One of the guys who only helped when instructed by her, messed up our order so we had to wait a extra 25 minutes for it, just to realize they hadnt even started our new order, ultimately leading us to ask for a refund all together after wasting nearly an hour for what usually takes 15 minutes at max. Good job to her as she was clearly the only hard working employee on shift. She deserves better and a large raise for that matter.

Uncle Maddios is my favorite place to eat in Waterford Lakes! The food is extremely fresh and the service is always great. I met the owner Victor and he’s by far one of the kindest people i’ve met. Definitely come visit this location.

The food was just ok. Caesar salad is only lettuce and cheese, nothing else. Nice staff, but drink area had a gross bucket catching ice and manager had me to move it before getting our drinks. Would not go back.

We walked in at 9:18 and the store closes at 10. The pizza doesn’t take long to cook. They told us we could order, but To Go only as they close at 10 and we can’t sit in the dining room. They figured it would be better to lose four customers than allowing us to eat at their open store. Bad business.
