I just moved to Sparta (about 200feet from this pizzeria) a couple of months ago from Northeast NJ 10 mins from NYC. I know good pizzeria food. I was not expecting to find such an amazing pizzeria out here and so close to home now. Every meal we have ordered and tried has not failed. From a sandwich to pasta to pizza and everything in between, it has been a 10/10. We do like our healthy options as well and there are plenty of those thankfully. The prices are amazing, the food is always delivered hot and in a very timely manner even for a weekend night. The customer service is also very professional and courteous. I’m excited to cater my next party with this amazing food that will wow all who attends.

This was the first time I went to Uncle Sals pizza. The staff was very polite and very attentive to all the customers and really did a great job. The plain pizza was incredible, truly. The slices I had blew the local competition out of the water in Sparta. The sauce had a great taste and was perfectly proportioned, the crust was thin and was delicious, and there was a perfect amount of cheese on it. I’m a big pizza fan, having tried most of the pizzerias in the county, and Uncle Sals II in Sparta has found it’s way into the top 5, easily. I will return!

Their food is very good and staff are always very pleasant. My complaint is the place itself. It is filthy. It looks like a construction zone. Floors are filthy, seating is mostly taken up with boxes. Soda machines are mostly empty. I just hope the kitchen doesn’t reflect the safety of the food. I actually thought they had closed. From the outside it did not look inviting at all. If you wanted to eat inside you’re out of luck. I hope they clean up the place because the food is very good.

Owner/manager is very rude. I ordered & I live a minute away so it’s convenient. They said come in 30 minutes as I did. I had to wait a whole 25 minutes in the store with a bunch of other people, I get places are short staffed during Covid & I wanted to work with them but when I asked what is going on the manager was nasty & said he’ll cancel my order. Go to Frank’s right down the hill! Much better service & food 🙂
