1st of all I hadn’t eaten all day and it’s about 5-6pm. I ordered online and drove to the place. When I got there I was looking around and didn’t see the food truck. 1 of the food truck people noticed that and came to ask me if I needed help? I asked about Uncle Taco and the woman said they left that location about 3 weeks ago. Why take online orders if they aren’t there. No emails about my order to inform me of the current situation. Only thing I got was a email receipt. Now I have to call the bank to get a refund. I would definitely say do not put in an online order. This seems more like a scam at this point, and they should call themselves uncle scam. I called right when I found out they aren’t at the business address and nobody picked up.

I’ve been to this spot before and tried some of the other trucks but this was my first Uncle Taco experience. I ordered 4 birria tacos and because it was taco Tuesday I got 5, which was just an added bonus. I destroyed all 5 tacos, I could have stopped after 3 but they were so amazing that I could not. So many layers of flavor in such a small tortilla… I don’t know how the tortillas even hold all that greatness inside. I had the mild salsa Verde (my wife can’t handle spicy) and it was also amazing. Not your typical salsa Verde because it was more of a creamy puree, almost like aioli, but the flavor of that was also outstanding. My wife told me I could eat them all, she wasn’t very hungry… even if she hadn’t, I’m not sure I would have saved some for her.

Amazing food and service! You can not go wrong with Uncle Taco Mexican Street Food. All of the food and sauces are made from scratch. That means real chicken, pork, beef, nachos etc., made with love and intention. Whether ordering through a food delivery app, over the phone or in-person, the service is unmatched.
