Was in town for my son’s baseball tournament and decided to give it a try. No regrets! All dishes (oxtail stew, chicken stew, beef and cheese empanadas) were amazing with prices that can’t be beat. Very friendly and helpful service. Definitely recommend.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to try this place or not. But it looked pretty busy so my wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner. We were the only gringos in there so I felt like the food must be authentic. I don’t know if it is or not, but it’s very tasty. I had the ribs with beans and rice and they gave me a plate bigger than I could eat. My wife had chicken with beans and rice and said it was very good as well. Very light, happy atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

Food was decent I got the ox tail which was good but needed to cook a little longer. The tripe which was a first and it was absolutely gross( not knocking it at all I wanted to try it) and brown stew chicken which was excellent had I know the chicken was that good it would have been the only one I got. Atmosphere was boring it’s about the food not Atmosphere here. The woman serving was not very sociable but gave a large serving ID Def give it another try.

We tried this restaurant recently. The food is delicious, authentic, and the portions are huge. The owner is extremely nice and explained each dish to us as we were unfamiliar. The ‘atmosphere for sit down is clean but very basic, could be made more warm and charming but this is definitely more of a take out place with no wait staff. Personally I would like if they had a sauce to drizzle over the rice and pulled pork but other than that the food is very good and we will continue to go there.

Used to be a great place to get tasty food from Caribbean without over inflated prices. Now bland food, super overinflated prices within a few months; and they are charging a service fee for take out too! Not worth it! I’d rather go to Syracuse or Utica to get better food for price!

My mother went to this resturant because she was looking for something different. The food was spectacular, great flavor, nice portions, awesome staff, free taste testing, and offer catering. This restaurant is family owned and run. They run out of food because everyone loves it so much and everything is good. A new favorite for me and my family!

Very cold setting. Not very friendly or attentive. Food not so good. Stomach was upset afterwards. Needed an emergency bathroom stop. I’ll stick to the amazing latino/Spanish food that I get in Utica where there is a variety of great restaurants to choose from. Such as Joel’s or El Barajo restaurant.
