It was sooo good! We ordered the Graze to split with 3 people and still have leftovers. Bring your appetite if eating this!! The restaurant is in a location that has several other restaurants and bars that share the dining spaces, so plenty of choices if you don’t want Hmong food. The restaurants also do an automatic 18%tip as they pool tips for their staff. So it was about $150 for everything (food, tax and tip).

We ordered the Graze Feast— asked them to make it smaller because we only had 2 people. Amazing!!! Such good food, so much flavor. Presentation was amazing. Atmosphere at the food mall was super fun. Would recommend, would go again. Must visit if you are in the area. Staff was so nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Overall, I really enjoyed my meal. It was tasty and satisfying. I thought it was a pricier than what I’d usually pay for chicken and rice but I’m not complaining too much since I did get a meal. The only complaint I have is that my boyfriend wasn’t able to order his dish after learning the meats are all cooked with the same fryer/oil. He does not eat pork due to religious reasons so it was disappointing he wasn’t able to share this experience with me. We were both really excited to come out from WI to support this Hmong business.

This meal slapped. We were so very pleased. We ordered the hangover noodles + bbq pork and asparagus. We also bought some chili oil to go. 100% recommend.

The food is excellent. 3 of us shared the Graze, and we had leftovers. It’s a good way to try everything on the menu. You eat with your hands, can make fish “tacos” with pickled vegetables on romaine. The fish was flavorful and moist. There are condiments to go with the fish, chicken thighs that were addictive. You can’t see the Brussels sprouts. They were the best I’ve had anywhere, and even sprout haters liked them. There was dessert and purple sticky rice, too. Really everything you could want. I loved the house made sausage. I would drive across town during rush hour for that. The food was served on a large rattan mat that was beautiful. We will definitely be back. Fun place to go with friends and family.

First of all, love this little food court. Super cute, very clean. The foot at UHK was dope. I loved the various acidities across the dishes, and how spicy the house chili oil was. My top picks are the noodles (pickled perfection) and the pork belly (actually just perfect).

Great fresh food. The Krispy chicken was yummy. This restaurant is part of a food hall so great options for where to sit indoors and outdoors. This food destination had lots of choices. Will return.

The food and vibe of this place is great. I got the grilled chicken with the tiger sauce and husband got the skirt steak also with the tiger sauce. We also got the lemongrass sauce on the side. Everything was great. I just thought the skirt steak was a bit tough and I had a hard time chewing but the flavor was on point.

Been taking out of towners to this joint when they visited us in the TC. It becomes a go to places since this place is featured in Nexflix. The signature dish is “the Graze” a sizable collection of everything put in a huge round bamboo plate fits for a two hungry people or easily satisfy 4 people. The best of their meal is the protein, pork belly, fried fish, sausage. The best side dish is taro chips.

Union kitchen at graze: friendly staff. About 20 min wait for food. This is more of a soft intro to hmong food (it’s fusion). Sticky rice on point. Pork belly had more lean meat than I thought it would. Not a big deal but when I order pork belly, I don’t expect the majority to be lean meat (the lean meat was so dry, I did not finish it). Got about 9 slices, and 80% was lean meat. The noodles (khao sen rice noodles) are an al Dente texture. Really sweet. I will pass them next time. Pickled veggies included (I didn’t mind them). The pepper was more sour and salty than anything. Very very mild spice. While I was waiting, a lot of people were ordering the tofu dish (may have to try that next time). I wouldn’t recommend Union for people looking for authentic hmong food. But if it’s your first time and you want a soft intro, this would be it. It’s a more mellow Americanized palate. But be advised that when you actually have authentic hmong food, you may be shocked about the difference between the two. Regardless, love that hmong food is continually growing from different creative directions!!
