I go to Union Jacks whenever I am in Rock Rapids and have always had a great experience. I decided to ask them if they would be interested in Catering a company event for me with 50+ People and they KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. Not only was everything delivered on time and exactly as expected, it was absolutely amazing. I have been getting compliments from my staff all this week about the food. Even had staff bring home the leftovers the night of. I recommend anyone go to Union Jacks if they are in Rock Rapids, but also for any needs they have otherwise! Kathy is great to work with and the REAL DEAL

Smells bad, like industrial cleaning. Only one waitress on duty and maybe her little brother helping. Evidently seat yourself, there is no sign to indicate otherwise. So I walked past the waitress who was busy taking orders from a table closer to the door. When she finished, she passed my table, dropped off a menu, and advised someone else would be my waiter. Then she told little brother to take my drink order. Once he brought my drink he walked away. I had to flag down the first and seemingly only waitress who seemed perturbed with me for being impatient. I had intended to purchase gift certificates for service providers, but between the smell and the poor service, I think I’ll pass.

Stopped in to Union Jacks after a doctors appointment. First timer. The front window is decorated very nicely. Once I walked in, I noticed how nice the place is. The tables are laid out nicely. Very clean establishment. You seat yourself and the server was over to us promptly. I ordered the chicken sandwich and potato salad, their special for the day. It came out reasonably quick. The sandwich was actually one the best tasting I have had in a while. And the bill was very reasonable. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone.

My dad wanted to come here with the family for a late birthday celebration… we had a sizable party – roughly 20 people- and the waitresses did a great job getting our orders correct and having our appetizers and food ready in a timely manner! The London theme is cute and the food tastes delicious! Right on main street so quite convenient location!
