Went from brunch with the girls on a Sunday. We were very well taken care of and everything was absolutely delicious. I had the Savory Fried Rice and a latte. I added the Cheddar Biscuit with Honey Butter because sounded way too good to pass up, and did not disappoint!

We hosted our daughter’s baptism brunch at Union on the Hill. It was lovely from start to finish. The party room was just the right size for an intimate gathering (party of 13) and the food was incredible. Their brunch menu features a small selection of unique, upscale offerings (e.g., egg strata, grilled doughnuts) alongside the staples (e.g.,waffles, fruit, bacon). Everything was prepared fresh, portions were spot on, and the timing of the meal was perfect—this always feels difficult to accomplish with a large(ish) party. We were able to preselect plated items in advance and also offer a few family-style sides for a set cost per person which made ordering/payment smooth. Our guests were able to settle in and order beverages before the food was brought out. The staff was responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The chef even visited the table at the end of our meal! It was all very elevated, but also “cozy”. I would absolutely recommend. This is now a go-to spot for our family. *We have a toddler and they were very accommodating.

Absolutely wonderful experience- phenomenal food, exceptional service, and beautiful atmosphere. The bartender was supper helpful and friendly and our cocktails were absolutely delicious (I highly recommend the tornado!). Our server was attentive, even though she was very busy. We shared the pork belly bites, and my husband had the Udon Noodles and I enjoyed the Scallops. Everything was cooked to perfection! We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely brunch even though we went thinking it opened at 9AM (10 AM on Sat and 9 AM only on Sun), but it was with the wait. Lovely ambience and location. The host and server were very attentive and nice. We had the pineapple and grapefruit mimosas, chicken and waffles 3 ways, chilaquiles, and shared a smothered biscuit. Definitely a delightful brunch location.

I’ve been coming for a few months consistently with my husband and I have tried multiple dishes. We love it here we try to go at least once a week sometimes twice depending on if we don’t feel like cooking. The staff is nice the owners are welcoming and friendly. This place is our go to especially because of the consistency of quality food and service.

What a unique place! I’ve drove past this restaurant so many times, I’m very pleased we finally stopped in! The restaurant is very clean and well kept. Service was also superb. It’s not a big restaurant but it still feels spacious. We went during restaurant week so we were able to get an appetizer and full lunch meal for only $20! I got the soup of the day and the fried rice. I was very surprised with how great the food was! It looked like they had different types of cuisines so it’s not just one type of food they serve. I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend giving them a try!

Unique Local KC restaurant. The food presentation was perfect, and the taste was worth every savory bite. Located in Union Hill, next to Martini Corner, kind of in mid-town, almost downtown, it’s everywhere you want to be. The meatloaf is amazing, The fish is done to perfection. Definitely on my favorite restaurant list.

Brunch was really good, the bread platter was worth the money cos it came with a sticky pecan bun, cinnamon roll, cornbread, a large fluffy cheddar biscuit and an Asiago bagel with jam and butter. It was a great shareable before our food came.
