Great place. It was quiet but it was a Tuesday night. The pizza was very good and lots of beer on tap. They fired up a new trivia game using a projector which was pretty cool. Definitely a good place to hang out!

Pizza is brick baked so the crust is crispy yet chewy. The crust was my favorite part. I got the cheese with pepperoni, bacon, sausage and pineapple. The ingredients were fresh and harmonious.

I went into the Union Taproom and was having a great time. I could smell the “amazing” pizza being cooked and decided I wanted some. I got a pickle and Ham pizza but asked to leave the ham out and I specifically noted that there was an allergy to pork. I then see the employees grabbing the pickles with the same gloves they used to previously top a pepperoni pie. I’m so disappointed ☹️ They do not respect allergen policies and that is cross contamination. Shame on you.
