Very nice restaurant. The food is unique yet delicious. We like all the soup bases, especially the tomato, mushroom and golden one. The first time we were there is the day right after soft opening. It took a while for everything to be laid out on our table. A few weeks later, we went again with a larger group, and they have improved a lot. Everything was set up a lot faster than first time. Will come back for sure.

Excellent start! So far, they only had shabu/hot pot, and some of the options weren’t available, but the things we did try were good. We tried the miso broth, tomato, and Szechuan. The first two were great; Szechuan was spicier than expected. They plan on starting BBQ maybe next week. We will definitely come back when the kinks are a bit more worked out.

So this was a first time for my husband and I, we didn’t know what to expect the server did a great job accommodating us, the only bummer was the hot plate on the table was not able to be used because they were waiting for the commissioner to approve them, so hey Allen county board hurry up and approve it plz other than that it was definitely a unique experience. We plan on bringing our sons with us next time be for he goes to serve. Great addition to fort wayne!!!! See you soon!!!

Food is great!we ordered shabu shabu which is unlimited meat,shrimp and veggies and the flavor is really good,the bbq is not available yet but soon it will.Server is very nice.Definitely will come back again.Highly recommended if you like korean food.

We came from Detroit to do a weekend in Fort Wayne and chose this place to eat Saturday night. What a great restaurant! I have a couple of allergies that prevents me from eating a lot of types of foods, and the chefs prepared a wonderful dish for me to accommodate. The food was truly excellent, fresh, presented beautifully. The waitress, Christie provided excellent service for us, continuously serving and checking up on our table. She was great to talk to and is so sweet. The owner, Tao came out to check on us as well, is kind, admirable and personable. Thank you Uniq for a delicious evening feast!!

As of writing this (early August 2023), they don’t have a permit for the table BBQ yet, but they opened early with everything else. We did shobu (hotpot) and it was SO FUN! It looks so nice inside, super clean and stylish.

We had an amazing experience here!! Our server crysta was super accommodating to my friend’s soy allergy and to us arriving close to closing time. We received impeccable service, multiple servers tended to our needs and checked in throughout the evening – even the owner stopped by to make sure we were enjoying everything! She was extremely kind as was her entire staff. Service – impeccable. Food – phenomenal. Atmosphere – very lovely.

I give a 1star because there is no option for 0. The all-you-can-eat is a joke. This is the first time that I walked out a all you can eat restaurant not full. They brought food out extremely slow and in ridiculously small portions. when you reorder, one plate of mushrooms is only one bite, one plate beef had 4 pieces thin shaved meat in it, and One plate of squid have four pieces in it. After I been waiting and waiting, then the waitress brought out food for one bite. After have to ask So many times for food, I was sooo embarrassed to ask anymore. The fire heated the hot pot went off, and I was not full, but I got up and left. Yes, they said you can order as much as you want, but they also have a 2hours limit too. They said they bring food out in small portions to reduce waste, but I told them I need bigger portions because I am a big eater, they just totally ignored it my request. We went there in weekday evening, there were about 4 tables in the restaurant, so there was no excuse for too busy to serve. All I want to say is if the restaurant owner don’t think $30 a person is enough for all you can eat, then charge more! Do not make your customers feel so embarrassed to ask for more food.

UNIQ is the next best thing to come to Fort Wayne Indiana. I know that this restaurant will have people coming from all around just to try this amazing restaurant. If your and Anime fan this restaurant truly will live up to your expectations! They don’t have everything out as of right now but they are slowly introducing the menu to there cooks and making sure all of their guest get the food quality we deserve! This will be a restaurant my friends and family go to for many year’s!!!
