Once upon a time, this Chinese restaurant held a special place in my heart. I was a loyal customer, visiting at least once a week to indulge in their delectable dishes. However, my unwavering loyalty was shattered when an incident of gross dishonesty unfolded before my eyes, forever tarnishing my perception of this once-favorite establishment. During a recent visit, my excitement quickly turned to dismay when I discovered a repulsive hair lurking within my food. It was an appalling sight that instantly ruined my appetite and shattered my trust in this restaurant’s commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction. I promptly approached the lady who served me, hoping for a swift resolution to this unsettling discovery. To my utter disbelief, the staff member, in a blatant display of deception, tried to convince me that the hair was not what it clearly appeared to be. With a practiced sleight of hand, she deftly removed the hair and shamelessly insisted that it was, in fact, “broccoli sauce.” This absurd claim was an insult to my intelligence and a disgraceful attempt to avoid taking responsibility for their glaring mistake.

First, the restaurant is clean and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. This is also the only place I could find for golden pork fried rice. It is also the best pork fried rice in this area-other chinese places use white rice or brown rice as their pork fried rice and it is always extra greasy. The rice here is always cooked to perfection. The general tso chicken and the orange chicken is delicious. I have been ordering here for over 10 years now and it’s about time I leave a review for them. This is a locally owned restaurant and I will continue to come here.

The staff gave me a snide look when I asked if they accept mobile pay /if they could type my card in instead of me handing over my card. To some this might seem minuscule but it was when they started saying comments about my precautions. This was my first time visiting this establishment and I will absolutely not be back. They made me feel awkward for wanting to take precautions during this growing pandemic. Sad

Food is hot and delicious. Every time I call delivery is “30 min” and comes at 60min. Tonight in particular I was told “45 to 60min” 2 hours later and it’s still not here and my kids had snacks instead of dinner. They didnt call to inform or anything. Wont order from here again since they csnt hold to their delivery times.
