The John sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever eaten. We stopped by in the middle of the afternoon and bought a 9” to have for a picnic around 4:30. It was sliced into 3 sections, and we were only able to eat 2 portions. My husband finished the rest as a nighttime snack. The only way it would have been better was eating it fresh from the store.

A deli located inside a corner convenience store, this is a hidden gem known only to locals. Hands down, the best burger in town (we call ’em “fat burgers”). We’re in there once a week like clockwork, getting our fix. They bake their own bread on site, and the sandwiches are BIG and satisfying.
