The snow was such a surprise this morning! I thought I was on my way to Motor City Casino for their light n fluffy pancakes but decided against it due to the inclement weather. So, because I was already out and it was only 6 in the morning, I decided to give Universal Coney a try on this blustery morning. I went through the drive-thru. There were only two cars ahead of me. I was able to order right away and received my order complete, correct, and in a timely manner. I ordered the pancake breakfast with eggs over easy and turkey sausage patties, and a hot lemon tea. Everything was pretty good. The pancakes were a little thick, but still pretty good. The turkey sausage patties were great and two thumbs up for how she prepared my tea. Thank you!

Each time I go for the service be on point no attitudes and always clean. I been going here over 18+ years. Loyalty to universal coney they look out for me a couple of times back in the day (I was short a couple dollars and was trying to feed my children). I will always show my gratitude and remain a loyal customer. TOP server is Renee always pleasant get your order the exact way you ask for it. She is always on point. Each cook does phenomenal job.

My Greek salad was the bomb!!! GREEN LETTUCE (not that nasty yellow junk lettuce everyone else serves) AMPLE VEGGIES PLEASE KEEP MAKING THE GREEK SALAD LIKE THAT!!!! VERY HEALTHY I ALSO HAD ENOUGH FOR 3 MEALS. LINE WAS LONG PER USUAL BUT MOVED FAST BUT THE LETTUCE IS GREEN!!!

Nasty customer service on the drive thru window, since the change of ownership the service has significantly went downhill. I visited to order a breakfast and when I asked what kind of juice do they have available the girl said “I mean what…everfresh?..i don’t go down the list of flavors..” (even though it is not on the menu in the drivethru.

I went to a crowded Coney Island and decided to go up the street to Universal Coney instead. I ordered a Wind Ding dinner with cheese fries and a fried chicken pita, which tasted fresh and amazing. When you don’t have the opportunity to enjoy coney regularly, it becomes even more precious.
