First time here and the crowd was a bit big as there was a lady antebellum concert across the street later that evening (cowboy boots on everyone). Hillary took great care of us and she suggested the bronzed salmon and it was spectacular! It was served atop fried spinach leaves and topped with fried onions, the sauce was the bomb.

Where do I start? The food was outstanding and the service was top notch. I worked with Tim to coordinate a private dinner this week to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. He was so easy to work with and made a special menu up for my crowd. He was also very accommodating for some of the picky eaters. I can’t recommend UG enough for your party needs.

This was our first time, and they lived up to the great reviews I’ve seen! The crab bisque was delicious, and fresh bread for dipping was fresh baked. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and had a friendly, attentive server. We’ll be back to try more. The menu had quite a good variety of dishes!

First time for dinner with friends. Had very high expectations. Unfortunately, this was not a standout by any stretch of the imagination. Ambiance is a 2.5 out of 5. Drinks came quickly, as well as appetizers. Salads came too quickly, and entrees much too quickly. Caesar salads had insufficient dressing, pork chop too dry, fish underwhelming, and so on. Had to ask for bread. The sever was pleasant, but for a Sunday night, the pace wasn’t relaxing with everything coming so fast. More like production and less like “caring” that the customer’s experience was special.

Ate there recently, loved it pre COVID, this time were disappointed with the food and service. Prime rib tasty but undercooked, potatoes were cold, time between courses was very rushed, literally were finishing our salads when the main courses arrived. Our server, while friendly, was totally inefficient and oblivious to listening to customers. Still left her an 20% tip but was not merited. We will always remember the good times but will stay closer to Naples from now on.

Great food, excellent service. Caring management. Will definitely be back! Ordered something out of the norm for me. It was prepared perfectly but it wasn’t agreeing with my taste buds. I only took one bite but I knew. Manager graciously offered to make me another meal, which I did not ask for. That’s above and beyond!!
