We ordered 2 pizzas and 10 wings, we only received 1 pizza and 8 wings. The wings were pink on the inside. We asked for no peppers on the pizza, but there were peppers on it. We ordered at 5:20 and it came at 7:20 (expected to deliver within 45 minutes). We called to complain or get some sort of compensation (at least money back for not getting a pizza and full order of wings) and the guy hung up on us twice. The whole order was $50.

Wooster St. is great and has amazing customer service; the inventive pies may not be for everyone but anyone looking for an interesting combination of ingredients on pizza absolutely has to go there. Peanut Butter and Bacon, Artichokes, Taco, and classics like Napolitana’s and standard cheeses and meats. Every Monday & Tuesday they have an awesome all you can eat cheese/pepperoni & wings deal for 10 bucks, it’s great. The customer service is top notch – they really put their necks out for customers. One time I ordered some wings from them and they accidentally put on the wrong sauce – I called up, and they immediately (and without debate) told me that they’d bring me another order of them free of charge. It was sweet! The staff inside is always really friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience at Wooster.

University Pizza…There’s barely any sauce on their pizza. When I called to complain, I was told that the same amount of sauce was put on every pizza. If I wanted more, I would have to ask. I informed them that I wasn’t going back. Spend your money somewhere else. A lot of the good reviews are when it was Wooster Pizza.

Pizza was okay but it’s not nearly as good as Wooster street under to be. The “wicked sticks” are not the same thing as Wooster street’s wicked sticks. They were half cooked fried dough strips. Also beware they charge a fee to pay with a credit card.

Ordered wings, a cheese pizza (light bake), and a two-liter soda for delivery to the Homer Babbidge Library. The delivery driver got lost and had no idea where the UConn library was; I had to go meet him by the UConn Co-op. The pizza was room temperature, chewy, had peppers on it, and was burnt. I can’t even begin to describe how disappointing it is to eat something that is both cold AND burnt. The wings were good, but room temperature as well. The soda was cold, so it wasn’t a total disaster. No cups, napkins, or plates were provided. I paid by credit card, but no receipt was given to me and they did not ask for my signature, despite the order being more than $20. Considering the price I paid, I was extremely disappointed with the quality.

The service here was awful. After spending 20 minutes trying to place my order over the phone and having to repeat my order multiple times, which I than had the guy taking my order repeat it back to me multiple times it still was delivered incorrectly. Not only was my dinner wrong they also forgot the drinks that were part of the order. I called them back they said they would send out a replacement meal for the incorrect one. The replacement meal took 50 mins to arrive I was told 15 to 20 mins. Once here I was handed my replacement meal but no drinks. The driver than argued with me about the drinks until he found them his trunk. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IT’S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES AROUND.

Extremely slow. Ordered a eggplant grinder and the bun was burnt to a crisp. Already upset that I had waited 35 mins for a sandwhich I just left. My friend had also ordered chicken parmesan and it was burnt to the bottom of his pan. And the garlic bread that came with his meal was black and burnt also

Saw this place driving by during work and decided to stop for lunch. The food was outstanding amd the service was great. 9 bucks got me a footlong chiplotle chicken grinder (not skimping on the meat and topping either) generous amount of fries and a soda. Recommend this place highly. Always nice to see them making the pizza dough right there
