Flavors were good and the workers were nice. The birria consommé was verging on being too salty, but still pretty decent. All the meats has good flavor but were a bit on the dry side. Not a deal breaker though. Tortillas could have been softer, they seemed a little stale. Elote dip and garnishes on the tacos were awesome and definitely carried the meal.

Food was delicious! The lady working the register was not very friendly when we ordered but seemed a bit nicer when she brought us our tacos. It was a friday evening so maybe she was just ready to be off and go home. Not sure honestly.

The owner is nice and the food isn’t bad. Sadly his staff is horrible when the owner isn’t around. My latest bad experience with the staff there was yesterday. I pulled up to the drive-thru and tried to order. No sign saying the drive-thru is broke. I waited and then pulled up to the drive-thru window to see if I could see anyone. No one was near the window. I wait a minute or two. Nothing. I thought they may have gone out of business. So I pulled around front where there was only one car (with person sitting in car). I then saw the open sign lit up. So I walked in. The two employees there were in the back corner of the restaurant talking. One of them walked behind the counter, up to the cash register.

The food wasn’t bad, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Other reviews noting substandard customer service do have merit. I typically take those with a grain of salt, sometimes people have off days and that’s understandable, but this unfortunately seems to be consistent. The female employee who took our order was very curt almost verging on rude. It felt very much that she had better things to do. Needless to say I definitely did not feel valued as a customer and honestly felt unwelcome. I was hoping the food would redeem the experience but unfortunately I already had a pretty sour taste in my mouth and the food was not able to change that. For those reasons I don’t think I will be back. I encourage everyone to support locally owned businesses but when you have an experience like this it makes it difficult to do so.

The employees need to improve customer service. I understand this is still a new restaurant and they’re probably amateur employees. However, the food was pretty good. I recently visited Torchy’s and my thoughts were Uno alas os definitely better in quantity and quality. This location also has a plenty of parking. The Bam Bam Shrimp taco and the carne asada quesadilla are really good!

Food is good not going to lie. Today I went by the drive thru at 8pm when restaurant closes at 9pm and I was told they were out of all meats. So what are you selling ? I know you want to get out on time so close the kitchen early ? Bad service. I gave you a second and I been eating there for lunch the last three weeks almost everyday. My first time was on the 21st restaurant and food quality was not all there. I found the one on rock just to be disappointed today with laziness of employees not wanting to cook.
