Uno Mas lets you explore over fifty different tequilas from Los Altos region in Jalisco to the smoky mezcal from Oaxaca or you can sip on one of our handcraft cocktails from the bar. What a great taco place with some of the best authentic street tacos I’ve ever had. The free chips and salsa are very delicious as well. The salsa has a nice smooth texture to it as well. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some great Mexican food. Pictured is 2 Al Pastor tacos (pork and pineapple), 1 Barbacoa (shredded beef) and 1 Cochinita (pork). All 4 were amazing.

I ordered the shrimp fajitas and they were horrible. The shrimp were overcooked, shriveled, dry, and tough. Some were so burnt that they got stuck to the skillet the fajitas were served on. Rice was alright, slightly mushy. Best part of my meal was the tortilla chips and salsa.

The atmosphere was great, although the music was a bit loud and my table had to yell at each other a couple times to hear one another. My drink was super sour, and tasted like carbonated lime water. Our churros were burnt and we were waiting for over a half an hour for an order of corn. Half the items we tried to order were apparently “out of stock”. Won’t be coming back unless it’s for margaritas.

The chicken fajitas and steak were both delicious and seasoned really well. The jalapeño watermelon margarita was solid and had a good kick. The salsa was decent, but I usually like it more blended than it was. The taxi driver (frozen marg/ sangria) could have been better. The service was great.

I absolutely love authentic tacos — this place has some of the best I’ve ever had. Terrific food! Their chicken and steak in particular were exceptional. Their margaritas are all the real deal — no mixes used. And they have a terrific outdoor seating area that provides a great spot to enjoy the lovely, quaint Starkville. Can’t recommend highly enough!
