One of my favorite places. The staff and atmosphere are pleasant. I enjoy dining in. However, the take-out service lately has not been great. My last order which I ordered through the app was half an hour late. The pizza was cold while the mozzarella sticks were still hot.

Disgusting environment, right beside the entrance is a bucket full of cigarette butts, that is all you can smell before entering then once inside we needed to use the restrooms, they were so cramped and smelled awful, everything was sticky and covered in finger prints.

Check for strings in your food. I have not and will not ever go to this branch and UNO’s ever again. I ordered online for pick up and had the worst experience. They estimated 30-40 mins for my pickup at the time and I thought if I showed up towards the later time it would most definitely be ready at the expense of maybe being cold. I arrived at the restaurant to find out that the cashier had given my order to someone else. I did not get my money back and they also made me wait another 40 mins for them to make my order again (3 entrées). In total I had to wait 1.5 hours for food that tasted somewhat better than mediocre. Management nowhere to be found and they threw in a measly brownie as compensation for wasting my time. Oh and and to make matters worse this brownie had some sort of a string in it.

They used to have the best Chicken parm sub. Had one today, see the photo, it is so small that a French fry is almost as long. They now use a salt roll, it has large pieces of salt embedded. Not good. The fries tasted like they were deep fried with seafood, could not eat them. Chicken was only good part.

Food was good, tried the shrimp scampi from SO plate it was delicious will get next time I frequent legals seafood often & tried their scampi once ,never again it was horrible UNO’s beats it by flavor in a major way , I had the Margherita it was good as usual only thing was the waitress was ok.
