We had a $60 airline voucher and we ordered some food and we’re very limited since they didn’t have much available. Our two terrible meals were served on paper plates and were expensive. Caesar salad had no chicken for 20 dollars. Worse yet they wouldn’t give us any remaining credit to use elsewhere. What a scam

Unfortunately this is one of only two restaurants in Terminal B. The food is outrageously overpriced and mediocre. If possible, I’d recommend eating on flight or buying snacks to hold you over. Service is timely although unfriendly and inattentive; for instance, when we asked for sauce, they never brought it.

I am not sure which I am more upset about, that they heated a turkey avocado sandwich, or that they only half-heated it. But really, is there anything else worse than hot (warm?) avocado on a sandwich? I guess it’s partially my fault for not reading the reviews before I ate here, but I don’t take full responsibility. There is no other option. And at $30 (including tip), I could have saved a lot of money and been less disappointed buying a sandwich and Coke at a gas station. No direction on whether you order at the bar or table. The QR code on the table looks good until it fails when you press “Place Order.” On the bright side, the service was fast and efficient, so that seems to have improved.

Horrible place. Not only was the $20 turkey avocado a burger bun with 2 slices of deli meat, but the guy had the audacity to complain about no tip when we paid the check. He then proceeded to say “I will just add my own tip”

The bar was left unattended so I sat in the booth waiting. There isn’t any table service so I got up to order at the bar when the personnel was ready. I asked him how big the chicken tender platter is and he kept saying it like he was confirming that in the order. Whether he was dismissing me or the music was too loud – not sure. I’d like to think it was an honest mistake. But airport travel is not always easy and I didn’t appreciate that I had to raise my voice to correct him that I didn’t want chicken tenders. So right, I didn’t give him a good tip understandably, and I hear him complaining about it to his colleague. That’s what happens when service is bad! Yeah I risk he spits in my food, but I’m not gonna reward poor service . Next time I’m stuck here, nothing more than a beer if that that’s for sure

What was I thinking? This is a $17 Cob Salad… And per the menu… Definitely unusual. Redeeming qualities were the awesome bartender and my cocktail… Lol. I expected better but should not have.

Terminal B has very limited options hence we were quite glad when we saw this restaurant only to be disappointed pretty soon. The lady who serves is extremely rude and it seems like she is driving the customers away Food is expensive, unhealthy and with awful presentation. No vegan options at all which has been a constant challenge during our stay in States.

Options are limited in Terminal B Gates 50-56. Well, this is actually your only option if you want to be close to your gate. It’s more like cafeteria food vs. Sit down restaurant which is a bit unexpected as it is indeed a sit down restaurant. I sat at the bar because there are outlets lining the entire bar. Draft beer is 9.99 (no complaints here, in other terminals you’re looking at $14 for a draft), and my Cobb Salad was $16.49 which again if you’re in NY you can easily pay $16 for a salad so not awful. Everything comes on paper plates with plastic cutlery, the Cobb salad was fine, I mean it’s a salad they can’t mess it up too bad. It wasn’t beautifully presented but who cares, I was hungry and the vegetables were fresh. I think for what it is, a “restaurant” in the abandoned terminal of Newark it’s really not that bad. Can’t have your expectations high when you’re dining in an airport. My waitress was super prompt and friendly as well.
