Somebody in the reviews mentioned that their drink was grainy and I’m guessing they got a protein shake. If you’ve never drank protein before then you’re going to get a grainy drink every time. I got the peanut butter a protein shake and it was delicious and it was quick and they were very polite when I walked in.

Large options, my teas have always been good, but 2 out of 3 shakes from here have been grainy…. only word I can use to describe it. Have been getting herbalife from many shops for over a year now and only gotten a grainy shake at once one other place. Don’t know why it happens, and it’s the same flavor that I get elsewhere, but I’ve stopped getting shakes here for that reason.

Where’s all the recent reviews? Average shakes and usually too icy. Take a page out of High Powered Nutrition’s book in Skowhegan and their hundreds of creations. They know what they’re doing.

I stop here just about every morning for either a protein shake or the occasional tea. the girls who work here are always so welcoming! they have so many options for different flavors, for both teas and shakes! I highly recommend Upbeat Nutrition!

If you are looking for a quick, delicious protein shake that is 1000 times healthier and cheaper than fast food, then this is the place. They have an amazing variety and everything I have tried has been well worth the money. My wife is such a frequent flier that we should have just bought a share in the business, and I go when I can. The service is friendly and inviting, and we have never left disappointed.
