Terrible pizza, horrible service! Pizza so oily and greasy the box nearly collapsed. There were literally pools of oil leaking and dripping from the extra soggy crust. I contacted them and they completely ignored the issue. When they were new on the block they cared. Now they’re established and service is out the window. Disappointing is an understatement.

I don’t usually give out 5 star reviews. Upper crust is a hidden gem. The staff immediately welcomed us with a smile. The store was immaculate, I was tempted to eat off the floors. The wings are the best I’ve had and the pizza has no competition. Their food should be illegal!

Great pizza!!! They have so many vegan friendly options it’s so hard to choose the right toppings. The pizza is so fluffy and not too saucy or too cheesy just right. The wings and fries were also great and crispy. Upper crust speaks for itself one of the best pizza places in Cleveland.

Stopped in Shaker for lunch and ’s service and food quality was bewildering ! Special thanks to the gentleman who greeted me and took my order, he definitely knows first impressions are important. I ordered the Buffalo ranch chicken and shrimp loaded fries and they were quite flavorsome. I’ll have to return to try the pizza and whole wings. Great eats!

We ordered off of grubhub, and this was our first time trying the place. We got a New Yorker with two toppings, and the cheese bread. This is what I’m talking about when I tell people I’m craving pizza. This is the pizza I did not know I was missing in my life but could picture in my mind LOL. When you’re watching a movie and people are sitting around and they’re eating an absolutely delicious looking pizza that’s what this is. I haven’t even finished eating the pizza and I’m already leaving a review. This pizza after I tried my first bite I said this pizza has me mad and I want to call the store and tell them I’m angry because I haven’t had pizza this good before. XD

Napkin Score: 4.5 out of 5. Thin crust pizza ON POINT!! My tastebuds did a praise dance ! The wings were lemon pepper. They were good, but I definitely wouldn’t have ordered them had I known they were served “wet”. Next time I’ll order them plain. We’ll definitely return for more delicious food ! So I was excited to see a new pizza place outside of the usual chain pizza restaurants near me. I finally got a chance to order from here yesterday after a long day at work. I had seen a few good reviews and it was on the way home. So why not. Bad choice! I ordered the Wednesday Buffalo Smashbox and Mad Greek pizza. So disappointed. Everything was salt, salty and saltier. Everything! What little I did try was so salty it had a laxative effect. $35 down the drain.
