Oxford Winchester
Upper Crust is a great little place with great food. Only problem is, it is hard to find unless you know where to look. Yes, they are a pizza and sub shop However, they make pretty great food. Not sure who the two guys are that work there but they are friendly and down to Earth type of guys that always greet you. I usually get a loaded steak and cheese with the frys. The steak is always good and never greasy. The fries are great, crispy and delicious; never old grease taste like some places. The inside used to be really nice looking but seems to be very plain with lots of potential. I only gave them 4 stars because of the female who works there. Not sure if she owns the place or a manager. She seems to let her emotions get to her sometimes as she is nit as friendly as the two males. I would recommend this place as I really enjoy it. The food is great, fast and delicious. No waiting for over an hour for food like some places.

Staff was friendly. Their menu was very easy to read. I was disappointed with the subs we ordered. We ordered a large and a small. Both were under filled meat wise. $8.75 for a small that was a bit pricey for what we received. A dollar less for both subs would have been more appropriate for there size and fillings.

Haven’t been here in a long time. While ordering and being specific, my order came slightly incorrect. Annibell took the order and didn’t place it as I asked. She brought it to the table, when I told her I asked for my chefs salad WITHOUT roast beef, she said “I don’t think you did ” my husband spoke up and she took it back. There was discussion in the kitchen and the gentleman corrected the mistake and brought me back my salad, apologies and all. Also dressing and a fork! I ordered Italian dressing I got creamy Italian there is a difference. If annibell wasn’t so busy on her phone or flipping her hair behind the counter, and focused on the customer ordering rather her looks for some guy who came in to pick up an order, she may gets things correct. Thank you to the gentleman out back whom I believe was also the chef. Annibell, don’t ever tell a customer they are wrong!!! Put your phone down! And stop flipping your dam hair. It’s a restaurant! Thank goodness the food was delicious, compliments to the cook staff, for your skills and professionalism in correcting my order.

This place was great! The food that we ordered was hit and ready as fast as they could get it to us! Everything stayed nice and warm too on our ride home. The staff was very friendly and we had a wonderful time talking to the manager who came out to say hello. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves this kind of atmosphere and experience! Also, they half a very creative menu and we can’t wait to try some of the specialty pizzas.

Disclaimer: Originally from NYC so keep that in mind! Anyway, recently ordered 3 LARGE pies (one plain, 2 with toppings) that cost me, with 20% tip FOR PICK UP, about $55. The pizza wasn’t bad, pleasantly surprised. Nice chewy crust, not an overly sweet sauce. It’s good pizza. The issue was with the size of the pies. The large pies were not large at all. I realize that its a subjective term, but they were medium pizzas where we come from. Again, while the pizza was pretty decent, we didn’t think we got what we paid for.

Food was great! 3 Stars because we waited over 30 minutes (on a Friday at lunchtime) for one simple Italian sub. Had to ask for the status, as well as one other couple who were also waiting longer than we were.

Justin was very nice and respectful and you could just tell he cares more then just being a manager, and cares about the customers in the establishment. Talked to us for a while and we could tell he cared about our pleasure. Also made an amazing salad. Spencer made us our pasta and it was spectacular. overall a great experience.

Looking for a quick meal of pizza with the kids and this place was better than I expected. Pizza had good flavor but not over saucy or too cheesy, and the crust was soft and chewy. Wings were pretty good but not the quality of a dedicated wing place. Mozzarella sticks were very good. The men’s bathroom was a big dodgy but adequate. I would re commend.
