I called in and Ordered $140 of pizzas and sides at 6:15 pm. I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes (7:00) I arrived at 6:55 and paid for my order and proceeded to stand there waiting patiently watching more than 30-40 pizzas leave that kitchen and none were mine! Finally at 7:40 I asked for the manager and when I explained my plight she went in the back and within 5 minutes my order was ready to go! What a lousy system! If you are that backed up then let your customers know that front end instead of letting me come in thinking the order would be ready and make us wait double the time. They could have been more attentive to the situation then just let me stand there thinking they were running on time. Further I requested my pizza “Uncut ” and they cut them anyway! I wasn’t going to wait for new pizzas so I left. The Mgr offered me a 2 liter coke for my hassle but that wasn’t what it was about. Just be honest and upfront about the service time and everything could have been fine. I’m afraid they have several young folks working here that haven’t learned how to provide proper customer service! Sorry but this was a bad experience for me. Food was ok but a bit cold. So it may have been sitting back there for a bit. Pizza night ruined. Probably ok dine in but carry out was lousy! Skip this place if you are on a schedule.

The pizza was DELICIOUS. The crust and sauce Perfect. If they opened the dining room on Friday and Saturday would be better. They would be packed. Glad we could get take out.
