Went with my dad, service was quick and super friendly. Cute atmosphere with a couple plants and the person taking our order was super friendly and had super pretty hair. My barber reccomended I try it out sense they opened recently and it was nice super juicy burgers. 🙂

My wife and I ordered and split a bacon swiss mushroom burger with an extra patty and green chile. The burger was delicious, maybe the best burger I’ve ever had. The meat was tasty and cooked perfectly. They didn’t skimp on the bacon and the green chile had a great flavor and just the right heat level. My only complaint was that I only had two napkins. This was definitely a three napkin burger; and I only ate half of it! The fries were great too, but the burger was the star. Hint: Save a few fries to help clean up the juicy mess the burger leaves on the plate. We didn’t order a milkshake, but we were tempted as we saw our server walk by with some for other tables. Great service too. Highly recommend!

Upscale Rio was recommended to me. This place is a little gem. The burgers are top notch, the service was incredible and the food came out fresh and fast. Perfectly priced! With out a doubt I will be returning. I highly recommend them for a great lunch!

This was an online order. Person at the counter was not super friendly. Very serious. No smile. Just a thank you. My burger looked really good. My only complaint is the meat was not seasoned at all. I got sweet potato fries which were really good. I would definitely go here again.

What a treat! The food was amazing – quality, fresh ingredients, and really a great value. Best burger ever: whatever is in that upscale sauce tastes wonderful. Salad was so fresh and delicious. You’ve also got to try the berry shake!! Everybody working there was so friendly. To our surprise Thursday evenings are trivia night. Not only did we enjoy an amazing meal but had so much fun at the same time! We are so lucky to have this treasure in Rio Rancho!!
