What can I say Uptown & Humboldt is one of my faves! Every time I fly into Denver I always make a trip to their Grange Food Hall location to grub on their delicious food! This time I ate the “FMB Burger” which is absolutely delicious – the combo of fig jam, mushrooms, blue cheese, microgreens, pickled onions is phenomenal! Was so good I came on another day and tried their “G’s calamari” and their Baha fish Gyro and my partner and I split their coconut chocolate tart! Wowzaaaa so good! Highly recommend!
