I order the gyro and onion rings for my side. When I received my order I I thought I would get a good side of onion rings for $5.99. I only received 7 individual onion rings. When I called them back to tell them that I didn’t want the onion rings. Because the portion size wasn’t worth the $5.99. I was told “you can not get a refund or anything for it.” I feel as if I was ripped off. I ate there yesterday for lunch and for $4.50 I received I big portion on fries. If I known it was such a small portion size for onion rings I would have never order them. I will take my business elsewhere. I told the lady on the phone after she told me there wasn’t anything she can do. This is the service industry you need to take care of your customers or they won’t come back. Uptown kitchen will no longer have my business and I’ll let my coworkers know to not order from a place that doesn’t take care of the customer.

Had an Italian sub from here. It was actually pretty good but can we talk about onions? Look how many I pulled off my sandwich. They aren’t even sliced they are chopped….thickly. Guys please slice your onions properly because you make a pretty good sandwich but absolutely ruined it with the onions!

The fries and pizza were phenomenal however the wings were lacking. They were very oily and I needed to ask for extra sauce for any flavor. Relaxed atmosphere and only had a 15 minute wait.

Tried this pizza place for the first time & boy do I regret it! I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza & 2cans of cherry pepsi, 1pepsi & 1Dr.Pepper. The pizza slices were really small, the pizza was a little dark, it hardly had any sauce it just really didn’t taste like anything. Oh wait yes it did, it tasted like a store bought pizza. I also received 4 cans of wild cherry pepsi instead of what I ordered. They have the nerve to say they have the best pizza in Pittsburgh LOL! Um I think not!I will not order from them ever again!

If I could give zero stars… I would. I got a simple chicken Ceasars salad and it was terrible. The lettuce was barely chopped and the chicken was bone dry. I got garlic bread with my pasta and it was both dry and soggy all at once. The cheesecake was dry, hard, and rancid looking.
