I thought, for over three years, that Uptown was the best! I even felt that they were better than the original Belleria! I take it back! I know they are short staffed, but my past experience was horrible! I even ordered two pizzas. How can you mess up Cheese pizza? The crust was soggy and there was barely any sauce on the crust! It normally is crispy and buttery tasting just absolutely wonderful! But it had no flavor, and it didn’t have as much cheese as it normally would. The quality has gone down and I am so disappointed. On the positive side, the employees are still very very sweet.

The pizza is always amazing and it’s always a safe option for pizza. The atmosphere is ok but I don’t really care about that. The restaurant is clean and that’s all I care about.The service is also amazing. Everyone that works there is so friendly even the new owners. We love you Mark, the new owners, and the workers! ❤️

Pizza is always way undercooked anymore and doesn’t have enough cheese and way too much sauce. This used to be literally the top tier pizza around us and it was our special place to go on a date. But has definitely gone way downhill. And if they mess up your order they no longer offer any compensation… it’s just you have to go all the way back there for them to remake it, and for you to pick it up.

Mark and his wife Sheryl are very rude people. I was in there for lunch the other day and I just watched them talk smack about the customers and the employees. Mark hates the new owners and tells the customers what he thinks. A very uncomfortable place to dine. I’ll only be there to caryout. The food is great. But the people are horrible.

What happened to Uptown’s pizza ? Slices are tiny! Hardly any toppings and IS THERE A CHEESE SHORTAGE?! !!! Why would anyone buy and destroy a Valley institution like Uptown Pizza that took a lifetime to build!!!!! Always consistent cheesy plenty of toppings and real size slices not these tiny triangles even a 4 yr old could eat 3 and still be hungry This is 3rd try since new ownership so Uptown is no longer a weekly choice for pizza

This place has whent down hill sent the new owners they said the pizzia wouldn’t change… wrong not crispy seems kinda under cooked and not sauced properly if your not gonna flow in the foot spets of the people that built the business get out of it
