1st time hot pot experience. After ordering on an iPad the potof broth came out and the fun began. Dropped in my noodles, started cooking them up with some veggies and various seafoods, chicken, lamb and beef all at different times. So, so tasty! Pay attention when they bring the meats and veggies out. It’s easy to lose track of what’s what.

First time trying this ‘all you can eat’ hot pot spot. Great location (Mosaic) so plenty of options and other things to do if wait is long. We had to wait an hour and 15 for a table for 2. Quality of food was great. Solid amount of options. Really like the idea of ordering from a tablet at your table and servers will drop off food fairly quickly. Our table wasn’t very clean. The sauce bar was out of certain things that didn’t get refilled for quite some time. I’m sure it was just an overly busy night.

The experience was not as good as expected. Although it’s all you can eat, the order management system was chaotic that several of our ordered items were missing, and it sometimes took a very long time for the ordered items to be served. Also, the sauce area was constantly messy with multiple items out of stock, but there’s no refill from the staff during our 1.5hrs dining. The food quality was just okay, not fantastic. Overall, I might not consider coming back.

The best hot pot around! Love the angus beef and the shrimp. Yes, on the weekend there is always a wait but always goes by very quickly. Their text system allows you to view waitlist and really see where you are on the list and updated time. Since we are a party of 2 on weekend, we can not make reservations in advance and have to walk in to get on list. The service is very quick. I love the tablet that allows you to keep the food rolling as much as you want. Not to mention all servers and the host always smile and make it a great experience. Will definitely be returning. Love this place.
