Fantastic Thai restaurant located in the prospect neighborhood. The food is consistently very good and very fresh. When I say I want medium spiciness this is what I get. The servers were excellent in the bartender did a terrific job mixing up my after work cocktail. For dinner I ordered the pineapple curry my shrimp and it was delicious!

I can’t remember our waiters name but he was about to turn 21 and said the owner Paul was in Vegas. He mentioned Paul would be proud to hear how much we love the pineapple curry (spice level 3). I just keep getting this dish even though others are amazing. 11/10. My son got the Drunken Noodles… also amazing! Great food and even better service. He recommended drinks… food… had conversations about Vegas etc.

Great customer service – I got a Togo order and felt like there wasn’t a lot of meat in the food. The manager assured me he checked (I did see him doing this) but still offered me a free meal next time (very kindly). He remembered when I came back and even gave us an extra app (one we ordered last time). I was already very pleased with the food and even more pleased with the service!

Very cool little place with a trendy, industrial look to it. Several vegan options on the menu (I got drunken noodles and it was very good). Good cocktails as well.

Urban Thai is my favorite Thai in Longmont! We go there weekly for lunch at work, but I still find myself wanting to order delivery on the weekends. I am slowly making my way through the menu and everything I’ve had is delicious! The service is also excellent and there’s something for everyone. I just wish they were open more hours so I could go multiple times a week. 🙂

Ok, but not great. It was Sunday, so didn’t have the option to go to either of our favorite Thai restaurants. Ordered for the first time in years. Tom Kha Gai (chicken) had a tasty broth, but sure didn’t taste the coconut milk, and the broth was too dark to have much coconut milk, if any. Level 3 perfect for my taste. Another family member ordered Thai basil fried rice. Also ok, but no complexity to the flavors. Don’t think we’ll try again.

We eat Thai every couple of weeks but haven’t been to Urban Thai for at least a year. Made a trip down and instead of getting my usual Green curry chicken I ordered the curry noodles which had deep fried noodles with an excellent sauce. I wasn’t sure what deep fried noodles would be like. Would they be crispy? No. Would they be something that had once been crispy that went soggy in the sauce? No. Were they kind of chewy like a well weathered leather shoestring? Well yeah they were and I loved them. I’ll most likely order them again the next time I’m in. We also had the corn fritters. Most restaurants make them basically as a corn bread muffin with some sweet corn kernels thrown in. These were probably 90% corn kernels with some binder and then deep fried so that they were crispy and gnarly. They came with a very well paired Asian peanut sauce and we thought they were delicious.

VERY expensive for so little food. I ordered Pad Thai, no meat, extra vegetables. Got up charged $2 for the vegetables that consisted of a few pieces of broccoli. My husband got Chicken Pad Thai, there were NO vegetables. $43.38 This is crazy. We will not be returning. I feel like we just got scammed. Pad Thai already come with vegetables people. Also, there was a lime in it????

Delicious food and great service! We had the drunken noodles and pineapple curry, both very good. Nice place and can’t wait to visit again. (Also loved that they use metal straws instead of plastic ones.)
