Ruthie was our Server and she was incredibly knowledgeable and nice! The food was absolutely delicious! The cranberry reduction was well done, thr dark meat turkey was pleasantly spiced, the pumpkin pie was delightful! Well prepared and thought out menu. Well worth the price. The gal at the front desk went out of her way to ask if we wanted our pictures taken! 5 star service!

Food would have been good had it not arrived cold. We were sitting and waiting for half an hour before they brought the food out and you could tell the cheese was melted but then hardened back up and was cold all the way through.

I had a small wedding brunch at Urbana Craeft Kitchen & Market. The private dining room is spacious and has a bright & clean atmosphere. Even though the restaurant opens for dinner, the restaurant management team is willing to open for brunch time. The restaurant management team even creates the brunch menu specific for my private dining. The food and services of my private dining service were exceptional. I highly recommend Norwegian Salmon.

Service was lagging as there was only 1 server covering the whole dining area, it took a while for us to be seated. Food was attractive but surprisingly salty. Prices were reasonable for a hotel restaurant, but this place barely gets a 2 star.

Pad Thai noodles were raw. The chef doesn’t know how to work with rice noodles. I sent the dish back and the second time it wasn’t much better. The noodles had way too much sauce and they were badly undercooked. I called for a side plate to drain out the extra sauce. It was a terrible meal that I shouldn’t have to pay for! They do have a good tomato soup and grilled cheese though.

Horrible experience grabbing a quick meal before we flew. Food ok but service was horrible. Waitress was more concerned about her own family that was other table that was occupied in the restaurant than anyone else. I’ve always like this restaurant but what bad service. Love to talk to management if they care. What happened…..?
