This is my second time having Urbane cafe, but first time actually eating in the cafe. Their menu is diverse, catering not only to various tastes but also offering options for kids and vegans. The bright modern decor offers a welcoming experience with plenty of seating indoors and few outdoors. There is free 90 minute parking in the back lot shared with the other establishment on this block of Lake Ave.

This is one good place to go if you like fresh salad, grain or noodle bowls and sandwiches. The focaccia bread is baked in house and is used to prepare all their sandwiches. The beef chimichurri and cilantro chicken are family favorites. The freshly baked cookies are chewy and delicious. One can’t go wrong with their double chocolate cookie and the cranberry white chocolate.

The food was amazing, the person that took out order was extremely rude it was my first time there, I ordered a fountain drink and after realized they had no diet soda options I asked the person the helped us about there diet soda options and she said they were currently out of diet Coke I did ask if they had anything else that I am a type 1 diabetic and I can’t have anything sugary and her response was “we have water”
