Urbano, was a neat experience. We were promptly waited on by our waiter after only a few moments of sitting down. He was very warm and inviting, and between him and the other wait staff I was never left wanting for a drink ( their salsa is quite warm).

A very pleasant Tex Mex restaurant located in Flower Mound, an excellent choice after you visit Grapevine Lake. The decor is rustic but with a modern touch. Service is one of its greatest points as the server and manager are very attentive. I had the tortilla soup and the lunch special Fajitas and both were excellent, freshly made and delicious flavor. The restaurant has also outdoor seating which gives it a different vibe. I definitely recommend this spot.

My daughter and I went here as we just moved to flower mound. We were greeted and sat in a timely manner. Our server could care less if we starved. I had to walk over and ask if she was in our section as she was texting away with only 1 other table. The food was cold and tasted off. We asked our waitress if we could send it back and she came back in quite a rude manor asking if we wanted to leave. I asked to speak with someone in charge and she advised us the owners would say the same thing. I asked for our bill which we were fully charged for and added to the bill was an alcoholic beverage which is outrageous because I don’t drink and my daughter is 7. I will never come to this establishment again and will be letting my friends and family know of my experience here. If I could give a negative I would.

The place itself was nice and the people were very kind. The waitress was sweet and attentive and is most of the reason I scored a 3. The food was not very good though. Salsa seemed kinda sweet, queso tasted like it was from the can, and our food was bland.
