We were never even looked at!! I can’t rate anything cause we never got served but every other table did. 6 top tables got served before a 2 top. Absolutely absurd and the worst service I have ever had to deal with. We walked out because we never got service. Wish I could rate even lower than a 1 star.

Seems like every time we go there, service keeps getting worse and worse. We finally had to hunt for someone to take our order this time. My wife’s sandwich came out in about 20 minutes. They said my pizza (pepperoni/mushroom) was coming right out. It finally came about 20 minutes later after my wife had finished her sandwich. The pizza was dry, cold and burnt. I don’t think there was any sauce on it, just toppings on top of the crust. And it had no flavor. I think they used to sprinkle an Italian seasoning on top? There were tables all around us piled up with dirty dishes I’m guessing from the lunch crowd. We’ve been there several times in the last few months and I thought maybe we were just having bad luck, but this was our last try. We gave them plenty of chances.

Random Tuesday
Salads are not what they used to be. Mostly iceberg and not as fresh as I would expect. The chicken (fajita chicken on the menu) was the thinnest piece of lunchmeat sliced on top. Maybe not even a whole piece. All the crackers were broken to bits. This is the second disappointment so I guess this is just what it is now. 🙁

When taking our drink order, we asked if they had kids’ milk, our waitress rudely said “no we don’t”. I understand not having it, but she could have delivered it better. We then asked if we could get a smaller water cup for a toddler, she brought out an adult sized one with no lid. I also could have understood if they did not carry child cups at all, but that was never explained. We ordered our pizza, a Queen Margherita, and a Caesar salad to-go (which, I know is annoying, but not that bad of a request). The pizza was missing anything green that was supposed to be added to give it a brightness, which made it feel unbearably heavy in the stomach. Tomatillo salsa verde? Nope. Fresh basil (a Margherita must have)? Nope. Feta cheese? Nope. Having the extra acidity and vegetal flavors would have done wonders. If I would have ordered a cheese pizza with sliced tomatoes, it would have been a 5/5 star.
