Pizza very very very BAD, it was cold and didn’t taste fresh.. tasted a day old and the dough was no that good. After calling they said they’d give another and all they did was REHEAT IT!!!!!!

Wwnt to the Pizzeria for the first time amd ordered a cheese slice. Got a styrofoam box with 2 slices. The slices look like they been sitting there all day and no taste. Cant taste the cheese or the sauce. From the photos it looks like they keep reheating the pizza cause its almost burnt. Sad part is they dont place any condiments like garlic, salt or anything else for customers . A waste of $4 dollars thank god they cant ruin the pepso drink.

Pricing was different than online. Bread was advertised as 2.50, got there it was 4.50. Buffalo wings advertised as 6.00, got there it was 12.25…then overcharged on tax. Won’t be going back. Didn’t accept order..

I was born and raised in New Haven!! This USE to be my number one pizza spot!! BUT the one and only time I visited New Haven in years I stop by and there’s new owners and just because my wife and I walked in a tad bit “loud” I assume according to them -they refuse to service?! like really?! that’s pretty pathetic!! the guy must have been having a really rough day— which whatever I just walked out but he obviously lost my business. SMH ridiculous…. so I suggest people if you’re having a conversation with whoever you’re with keep it down and make sure to not make it above between one and ten stay keep it a level three I guess that’s what it takes to get serve there smh

While I am calling to orders both line was busy and I could not ge through. When my husband got to the pizza place the counter person was at a personal call with a female and my husband asked him if he could order and they guy said to give him 5 minutes meanwhile he stood on the personal call and he told my husband if he did not like him been on the phone to go to another pizzeria. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BAD SERVICE

I placed an order and called back to verify the price which they told me was $26.50. So over the phone they told me $26.50 when they got here they told me $44.25. I called in letting them know what was happening and then they had the nerve to say I was playing with them. Horrible customer service and bad attitudes. The delivery driver was also trying to come in my house and act up.. i don’t appreciate that. I had them give me my money back, gave them the food back, and I ordered from Liberty Pizza on 565 Ferry St, New Haven, CT 06513 off of Lombard where they had BETTER attitudes and prices! I’ll NEVER order from or pay USA 1 Pizza again and let my people know about it too. Get it together USA 1 Pizza place.

The staff was very rude ..dude that took my order rushed me and had no class nor manners . food was over cooked for the price spent I will never order from them again . $56 to feed one adult and two teens and all the fries were refried hard and over cook .. #Neveragain . They said it would take a half hour to deliver and it took 15 mins .. and when delivery came they didn’t even had the right address because the dude taking the Oder again rush everything more than likely didn’t even hear me right . Bad service food not worth the dollar over all the worst place I’ve eaten from since I move to the new haven area!

I know you understand me when I say that I had a dentist appointment & I didn’t want to go but I had to ….. Cleaning & a Damn Cavity….but very professional and friendly .Then I had some awesome pizza & it was totally worth it…Pizza always wins….
